Educational talks and tours are offered to schools, colleges and universities.

Schools In partnership with the Canals and Rivers Trust and the Etruria Boat Group sessions for schools at KS1. KS2 and KS3 may be booked, normally on Wednesdays, throughout term time between 10.00am and 2.00pm. Each session last for approximately 2 hours and includes: a stroll along the canal towpath to learn about canals, water safety and how locks work,  a step back in time to meet characters from the Flint and Bone Mill and learn about the materials needed to make bone china and a going onboard a real Heritage Narrow Boat to learn about how boating families lived and worked. All workshops are linked the National Curriculum and include Local Studies, STEM and water safety.

The price per session for Staffordshire schools with approximately 30 children (one class) is £40.00 plus VAT.
